Islamic Festival

Dears;

yesterday our Islamic festival starting which is Eid Al-Adha. In this Eid around 2,000,000 Muslim in travel to Mecca and the surrounding area in Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. Eid Al-Adha is an Islamic festival to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim (also known as Abraham) to follow Allah's (God's) command to sacrifice his son Ishmael. Muslims around the world observe this event.

What do people do?

At Eid al-Adha, many Muslims make a special effort to pray and listen to a sermon at a mosque. They also wear new clothes, visit family members and friends and may symbolically sacrifice an animal. This represents the animal that Ibrahim sacrificed in the place of his son.

Bad Management

Some bad management take a bad decisions by ignoring or firing out the good employee, with that they don't know that they are  destroying the organization and them self in these wrong actions.

Kindness

Kindness means you are concerned about other people. Kind people think about another person’s feelings and just their own, they help someone who is in need, and they are kind even when others are not. Kind people never expect anything in return. They just treat other people kindly because they want to help make someone’s life better. Kindness makes the world a nicer place, because it makes people happier. And it’s a virtue that we have always to use.

MacDonald and FDA

In California the FDA enforced MacDonald to put a sign board in front of the restaurant mentioned that MacDonald's products contains the chemical materials like acrylamide which could cause cancer. Accordingly MacDonald put the board and mentioned that chemicals known to cause cancer may be present in our food.

Weekend

In my country until I graduated and worked for few years we have only one day holiday "Friday" and I was very happy with it. Then they added another day to become two days. Now really I feel it is not enough as days pass very quickly and I have a lot of things to do. Therefore I think it is the time to add another day for the weekend :). What do you think?
